COMPA
Its history dates back to 1886, with the first official attestation. In 2005 a training centre was set up; in 2006 an integrated quality and environment management system was implemented.

Products: brake cylinders, brake equipment, cab subassembly (windscreen wipers; reflecting mirrors), cold coiled springs, die casting parts, door accessories, drive shafts, hot coiled springs, safety rings, shock absorbers, stamped parts, steering gears and columns, tools and devices, trailers, welded parts, turbo-charger components, air conditioning equipment.

Processes: intense use of CNC machines; finishing of pinion teeth by skiving; simultaneous grinding of the 4 pinion surfaces with automatic process control; robot – welding; laaser cutting for metal sheets; laser control for tool position and tool wear; surface quality equivalent to honing reached by a cutting process; machines/processes equipped with POKA YOKE; washing process for a high cleanness degree; water base painting; brazing - local heating with filler material (copper base).

Customers: BMW, SITECH, BOSCH, JTEKT, HONEYWELL, FUJI KIKO, PIROUX, DAIKIN, EDS.
