 Asia Simulation Conference 2008/the 7th International Conference on System Simulation and Scientific Computing (ICSC’2008) is an important part of the “Asia Simulation Conference”, which is an annual international conference organized by three Asia Simulation Societies: Chinese Association for System Simulation (CASS), Japanese Society for Simulation Technology (JSST) and Korea Society for Simulation (KSS) since 1999. It is also a prolongation of the Beijing International Conference on System Simulation and Scientific Computing (BICSC). The main purpose of this conference is to bring together outstanding researchers in system simulation and scientific computing fields to share their expertise and experience. The theme of ICSC’2008 is “Technology, Application, Enterprise and Education of System Simulation and Scientific Computing ”.
